The card installed and worked fine with Vista.
The card comes with a splitter cable and two DVI two RGB dongles. This makes it possible for you to hook up any combination of monitors that you need. The card itself has a single connector into which you connect the splitter cable. If you have two DVI monitors, then hook each to one of the ends of the splitter. If you have an RGB monitor then use the dongle that converts DVI to RGB. If you have two RGB monitors, you would use both of the included splitters.
