Review : Solid upgrade but extremely hot
I bought two of these as an upgrade from 2x9800gt's. The cards are real heavy weights. I have an Antec 900 case and these cards fill up the bottom section. For anyone with a similar case, I recommend you do some planning before-hand to make sure you aren't going to have hard drives or other cables in the way.
Once I got the cards in, they preformed well in benchmarks. I saw significant boosts to future mark scores plus I could add all sorts of DX11 benchmarks to my suite. The ASUS version comes with some monitoring/overclocking software that is kind of hit or miss. I had some problems with the software always setting the voltage to max when I opened it up which eventually made me uninstall it. I had some better luck with programs like Precision and Afterburner.
I especially liked those latter two for the fan profile because the factory settings for the fan are a bit conservative. These cards run really hot (Easily getting to 90c+ under load) and the factory...
