At this time the gtx 770 is probably the best bang for your buck card on the market. It uses the same same GK104 graphics processor found in the 680 but with higher base and boost clock rates along with more memory bandwidth and at a $100 cheaper price point.

This version from galaxy comes factory overclocked with a base clock of 1,110MHz and a boost clock of 1,163Mhz up from the reference cards 1,046 MHz base and 1,085 MHz boost clocks. Also included is galaxy's xtreme tuner plus software which can help you tweak the card even more by adjusting power target, gpu temp target, voltage, frame rate target, and fan speed.

I didn't see it mentioned in the description but you do need at least a 600w or higher power supply along with one 6-pin and one 8-pin pci-e power connector (molex adapters included in the package).
