I bought this card as an emergency replacement for my main card that went belly up. It installed with no problems in Win 7, no extra power 6 pin connector is needed, runs quiet and performs flawlessly. I played Diablo 3 for a month on this card and when my Radeon 7770OC came back from RMA I played Diablo on it. Could not tell the difference between the 2 cards, even though this is supposedly lower rated. I have kept it for a spare for 2 months now and is superflous for me. So, if you have just one monitor this one is all you need.


I think, explains the few complaints about Gigabyte GeForce GT 640 2GB DDR3 PCI Express 3.0 2x DVI-D/D-SUB/HDMI Graphics Card GV-N640OC-2GI not fitting or leaking.
