+'s: The cooler is fantastic. At 50% fan speed and stock 900/1250 clocks, CPUID and Catalyst Control Center (CCC) are reporting 37C idle and 41C peak while playing SWTOR and BF3 @1920x1080, all settings = high/ultra (BF3). My ambient temp is 71F and I have (2) 120mm front intake fans, (1) 92mm exhaust.
Understand this: The cooler is not designed to only force the heat out of the back of the card like many blower-style cards - some heat will get dumped into the case as well. So, it is probably important to have at least one intake fan and one exhaust fan. I don't consider this a con - the cooler works extremely well. I would feel sorry for a card that gets installed in a case that has zero airflow.
I haven't had any driver issues running 12.4. I don't have any FPS gaming stats, but you can find that at any review website. There are plenty of online reviews for this card.
