Decided to go with this one over the MSI Lightning.
Maxed out it never breaks 70C in 25C ambient at 50%
fan speed. At 1920x1080 it uses less than 60% power
in most new DX11 games with all the eye candy turned on.
The fan is really quiet up to about 60%. Setting the fan
over 60% has a minimal effect on temps. The factory OC is
huge and seems to be stable. There's room left to OC
further if you want, but I found the effects on performance
to be minimal. It's massive so be sure to measure your case.
