I recently purchased an EVGA GTX 660 after reading good reviews about it. I was very impressed with the results, and noticed a massive improvement over my PNY GTX 550 Ti 1GB. I used my GTX 550 Ti for a build I was working on, and was disappointed with the temps I was reaching and the inability to play newer games on higher settings. I enjoy tinkering with stuff a bit and most of the reviews I've read show the new Kepler powered GTX 650 ti is a pretty capable card, so I figured why not give it a shot.

First I will point out, this card uses way less power than the Fermi based GTX 550 ti. About 40W less power, which is significant considering theirs also a big boost in performance. Another key advantage is this card is much smaller, about 2.5 inches less in length. It's surprising because the next step up in the GTX 600 series is the 660, and that card is about 2 inches longer than the 550 ti, or nearly 4 inches longer than the 650 ti.
