This video card is amazing. I have yet to find a game this card cannot play on "Ultra" or "Ultimate" video settings. As far as cooling goes I have installed EVGA Precision X to monitor my temps, use the custom fan curve, and monitor the over all performance in game. My card stays at at around 65c with 40 to 45% fan speed with an actual room temp of 60-65c. This is also under a full load playing games like Battlefield 3, Crysis 3, Dead Space 3, Tomb Raider,and many other demanding games. I would have to say over all noise levels aren't too bad though I don't have anything to compare it to at the moment. I owned a GTX 670 FTW before this card. If you check the benchmarks, they are REALLY close in specs. However, I don't know if I am diluting myself but it does feel "better" when playing games. I was under the impression the 5-7% power difference between the two cards is negligible but I DO feel a difference. Bottom line, you will not regret dropping the money. Expensive, yes it is. I...
