I have a Dell 540s Studio Slim computer which was bought in 2009, a quad care Pentium 2.5ghz. I wanted to upgrade my video card to replace the HD4350 which came with the computer, but was fairly limited due to the size of my casing. I did a lot of research and found out that this is the most powerful low profile video card available in the US. Since I only had a 250 watt power supply, I bought a TFX 400watt power supply from KDM which has a 6 pin cable (manufacturer recommended is 450 watts), but since this card supposedly uses less power I took a chance. Changing to the low profile brackets was easy, and I connected the card to my PCI slot. This card fits well with a studio slim case even though this is a double slot card. I installed the ATI drivers from the website and did not bother with the CD that came with the card.
