I had to max my old amd hd 5770 fan speed to play diablo 3 and sc 2 at high settings, and i would still get temp around 90C. so the hd 5770 was hot and deafening.

since the upgrade, my gtx 660ti has been hovering around 50C at 60% fan speed (manually adjusted). compared to the hd 5770, it is very quiet.

what i like most about the 660ti is that you can connect 3 monitors to it without using some kind of display port. i have a 3-monitor setup using 2 dvi and 1 hdmi connectors. very simple.

and, one-day shipping is awesome, so is amazon prime.
